No, but we can help with getting you started on that.
How energy efficient are Oakwood Homes? (Insulation, type of windows, type of water heaters?)
R13 in the walls, R30 in flat ceilings, R19 in sloped ceilings. If a custom home, the owners can select vinyl.

Yes, we do provide a draining analysis on request.
Does Oakwood Custom Homes provide soil analysis?
Yes, we also provide this service on the purchaser’s request.

Yes, we can at the purchaser’s request.
Who are the local electric providers for the area?
There are two utility providers in the B/CS Metroplex. COLLEGE STATION UTILTIES (CTU) and BRYAN TEXAS UTILITIES (BTU). It just depends on where your future house is located.
What are the local schools?
COLLEGE STATION ISD, and BRYAN ISD
What are the local hospitals?
There are great hospitals just minutes away from anywhere in the B/CS.
What are my entertainment options?
B/CS always has something great going on, whether it be for family enjoyment or college life.

Where will you build?
We will build on the lot you have bought from us or are providing. Usually Oakwood only builds within a 60 mile radius from the B/CS metroplex.

Yes, we do provide floor plans. We can also customize floor plans to make you’re dream home a reality.

The cost of building a house always depends in the materials.
